3. Settlement re: Christine Hall v. PBCSD
   Minutes: Dr. Hall was an Assistant Principal for the District from August, 2000 to August, 2004.
   
   Dr. Hall filed a Charge of Discrimination with the EEOC alleging sexual harassment and retaliation.
   The claims have been settled and the parties acknowledge this is the entire agreement and there are no other representations other than what is contained in the Settlement Agreement.
   
   Authority in the amount of $22,500.00 to settle all claims was granted by the Board at a prior attorney-client session.
   
   Settling this judgment in the amount of $22,500.00 is in the best interest of the District.
   
   The attached Settlement Agreement is subject to School Board approval.

   I recommend that the School Board approve the Settlement & Release in the matter of Christine Hall v. Palm Beach County School District, a copy of which is attached hereto, and authorize the execution of all related documents.	-	PASS
